Product Description
Ever feel like you're stuck in a rut? Meeting everyone else's needs but not your own? Wishing for "someday" but it never comes? Then maybe you're "Stuck in a Boxx!" This unique approach to introspection breaks down the expression "Get Out of the Box" and examines many "behavioral boxxes" like Fear, Perfectionism, Workaholism, Your Past, Denial, "I Can't," the expectation of others, Narcissism - Living with the Master of the Universe," the Sex Box - "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly," and more. Once readers recognize what their boxxes are, and determine if they are helping or holding them back, they then have the power to "Get Out of their Boxxes" and change their lives and behaviors to be less stressed and more passionate and fulfilling! Fay's personal story lends powerful credibility to triumph over tragedy. From the opening scenes of writing a suicide letter, to "running away from home" at age 45 to spend 6 months working in Cozumel, Mexico, she discovered a path to overcome a history of abuse, depression, and years of feeling unfulfilled. Whether you are in your own life struggle or seeking self-improvement, this book will light a spark on your journey called life!

This book changed my life!, June 13, 2004
Reviewer: A reader
I have fought depression my whole life and despite therapist after therapist, I never knew that I could find a roadmap for turning my life around. This book let me see the role I CHOOSE to take in my life. There are lots of things I allow to hold me back - issues from my past, what others have to say, things like that. This author struck me as someone who had faced tough issues and found a way out that not only helped her, but also helped others through her writing. I loved the stories about people and their issues. It helped me not feel alone. In addition, I didn't feel preachd to either. I've had enough of THOSE books. This isn't one. I felt like the author really knew me and was writing it just for me! Thanks so much.
